Bubblegum broccoli was a bubblegum flavored broccoli that McDonald's tested to encourage children to eat more healthily at their outlets. McDonald's CEO, Don Thompson, said "It wasn't all that." As the flavor proved confusing to kids, the broccoli was never introduced.
